Our service caters for adults who because of physical and/ or mental incapacity require care within their own home. Our aim is to offer a flexible package of care which will suit individual needs – just when it is required. Our Service Users will have access to assistance with care 7 days a week.

Range of services

include :-

• Assisting with personal hygiene, including bathing or showering – the agency will provide staff with gloves and aprons, where appropriate, in connection with their duties. However, service users are expected to provide toiletries and creams, as necessary, and any other items of personal hygiene and equipment, where appropriate, through the Local Health Authority and/or District Nurses.
• Prompting medications
• Assisted mobility, including assistance with going to bed at night or getting up in the morning
• Shopping
• Accompanied outings
• Meal preparation
• Assisting Service Users with meals
• Service to allow a carer to shop or have a well, earned break
